A TEENAGER was raped as she walked along a lane off the Kingsway in St George.
The attack on the 16-year-old girl happened at about 9.30pm on Wednesday.
Police last night appealed for anyone who thinks they may have seen either the girl or her attacker to come forward.
They say the victim had shoulder-length blonde hair and was wearing a multi-coloured summer dress, while the suspect was white and in his 40s.
Anyone with information that could help the police investigation should call 101 and ask for Operation Bluestone.
