MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) ? A 20-year-old northern Idaho driver who struck and killed a developmentally delayed woman near a Moscow intersection last April has been placed on probation, with prosecutors calling the death a terrible, tragic accident. Ranger Adams pleaded guilty Wednesday to vehicular manslaughter under an agreement with prosecutors.
