Bryan Caswell, owner and chef of the upscale Reef restaurant in Houston's Midtown, was happy that two neighbors found the right recipe to catch three alleged burglars. A resident at an apartment complex next door to the business at 2600 Travis heard a banging noise and the alarm about 11:30 p.m., and alerted an off-duty police officer who lives in the building, according to Houston Police Department spokeswoman Jodi Silva. The off-duty officer radioed in the call, and a few minutes later patrol officers pulled over a vehicle and arrested three people who had items in their possession that were believed taken from the restaurant.
