Chevrolet Spark EV to Make Worldwide Debut at L.A. Auto Show
The Chevrolet Spark EV, which will be GM's first 100% electric car since EV1 was crushed, is slated to make its worldwide debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show at the end of November.
