Employing the Energy Savings Trust on-line calculator to get a cost-free 'home energy report'. Not as bespoke as an EPC (Energy Efficiency Certificate) , but free of charge! The document produced also give suggestions and hints on improving power efficiency.
It reckons we could implement efficiency measures that would decrease running fees by 47% and carbon emissions by 63%! saving
