Apple Apologizes For iOS 6 Maps
In a letter posted to the company's web site, Apple CEO Tim Cook has apologized to customers for "the frustration" caused by the disappointing experience of Apple Maps on the iPhone 5 and iOS 6. The letter suggests that customers use alternatives such as Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps.
